This agreement covers access to Lumen accounts, subscriptions, applications, miniapp, payments, and support. By using the service, the user accepts these terms.
Lumen provides access to an account, subscription, applications, miniapp, setup instructions, and support.
The user must use the service lawfully, keep the account secure, and avoid uncontrolled transfer of access to third parties.
Sign-in may use Telegram, email/password, or other supported authentication methods.
The user is responsible for current contact details and for protecting tokens, passwords, and devices used with the service.
Subscriptions, access keys, and apps are provided for personal use within the selected plan and technical limits.
Lumen may update applications, instructions, connection methods, and subscription parameters when needed for stability or security.
A payment is considered completed after the payment provider confirms it and the operation is reflected in the account.
Disputed payments, charge errors, refunds, and manual adjustments are handled through support based on the transaction state and used subscription period.
The service must not be used for actions that violate law, third-party rights, infrastructure operation, or platform and payment-provider rules.
Access may be limited or terminated in cases of abuse, attempts to bypass limits, fraudulent operations, or attacks on infrastructure.
Lumen aims to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access because of updates, network incidents, provider restrictions, platforms, or external infrastructure.
The service is provided as available. The user decides whether it fits their needs.
Lumen may update this User Agreement without separate advance notice.
The current version is published at lumentech.tel/terms. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
